Frontal crane control system

The corresponding parameters of the frontal crane are collected by length sensor, angle sensor and oil pressure sensor, and the independently developed high-performance controller is equipped to realize the control of jib extension and retraction, luffing and its composite action, parking control of traveling vehicle, control of spreader action, control of engine and transmission, and torque limiting function of the whole machine; the vertical lifting and lowering control of spreader is realized by combining with positive and negative kinematics solution of the robotic control technology; a special power matching control algorithm model is established based on power curves of the engine and pump to allocate flow to maximize the efficiency of the whole machine. Based on the power curves of the engine and pump, it establishes a special power matching control algorithm model, and distributes the flow rate of the composite action, so as to maximize the efficiency of the whole machine.

Forklift control system

The corresponding parameters of the forklift are collected through the angle sensor and oil pressure sensor, and the self-developed high-performance controller is equipped to realize the control of fork lifting, fork lowering, fork swinging, gantry action, truck parking and other operational actions, engine and transmission control, fork weighing and overload protection; a special power matching control algorithm model is established based on the power curves of the engine and the pump to distribute the flow rate of the composite action. It can maximize the efficiency of the whole machine by establishing special power matching control algorithm model based on the power curve of engine and pump. The human-computer interaction module realizes panel debugging function, fault diagnosis function and other expert auxiliary functions, as well as time setting, language selection, unit setting and other parameter setting functions, making the system operation convenient.
